Joybell Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Joybell mobile application can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.

Request Deletion

Send an email to support@joybell.app from the email address used for your Joybell account. Include "Joybell account deletion request" in the subject.

What Will Be Deleted

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account where required, including account identifiers, email-linked subscriptions, and stored push notification tokens.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, service integrity, or backup reasons. Public topic records may be retained or anonymized if removal would affect other users or service integrity.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonably quick period after verification. We may contact you if more information is needed to verify the account or complete the request.
